Dear Violet Family Dental patients,
Several changes continue to be implemented at our office to keep you and our staff as safe as possible during the COVID-19 pandemic. 1) We have a parking lot waiting room. Upon arriving at the office, please call or text us at 614-575-1155 to let us know you have arrived. If your examination room is ready, you will be instructed to come in. If your room is not ready, a member of the staff will check you in at your car. 2) Your temperature will be taken at check-in. Anyone with a temperature above 100.4 degrees will be asked to reschedule. 3) We are limiting the number of patients/people in the office at a given time by decreasing the number of patients scheduled at one time. Only the person with the appointment will be allowed in the office; any exceptions can be discussed with staff when the appointment is scheduled. 4) We ask that everyone wear a mask or face covering during check-in and within the office. 5) If a patient or anyone in the household has symptoms such as fever, cough, or respiratory issues, or has been exposed to COVID-19, please cancel your appointment and reschedule once you are symptom free and following a 14-day quarantine. 6) For patients who have traveled out of state, we will follow CDC and the State of Ohio’s quarantine recommendations. 7) For patients who have been exposed to COVID-19 after being vaccinated, no quarantine is required if you are not symptomatic.
